Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within the 30-day eligibility window.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; for heavy equipment, we will schedule a professional freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
